How to use this library
Three patterns work for most candidates.
- Pre-interview drill - open the quiz library and filter to your declared pathway. Run two mandatories and one core per evening for a week before your assessment. Reset progress after each pass if you want to re-test.
- Per-competency study - open a competency page (linked under each card below), read the level descriptors and model questions, then close out with the same competency's quiz.
- Citation hunt - every question footer cites the source RICS standard with paragraph reference. Use these as a bibliography for your Final Submission and Summary of Experience.

Identical across all four Summit pathways. Ethics at L3, four mandatories at L2, the rest at L1.

Property Finance & Investment - Core
Financial modelling, Investment management, Property finance and funding. Inspection covered under CRE.
Valuation - Optionals and Specialisms
Valuation pathway cores share the CRE source content. Optionals and the Machinery and Business Assets specialism live here.
Residential - Core (in progress)
Building pathology shipped first; the rest of the residential pathway is on the build queue.
Mock Interview Packs
A full scripted 60-minute final assessment mock per pathway: realistic panel questions with model answers at the right competency levels, a second variant script for repeat practice, and a printable panel marking sheet. Built to the Feb 2024 Assessor Guide structure.
